Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
